Once again, the Orb had been forced to vacate a location in a hastily prepared manner. But it was beginning to become clear that the EOB was becoming more of sound body and mind. Still, the full temerity of his design was not complete in the ability to gauge the distance and direction of his chronological voyage.
.
Prior to the comatose period of traversing the time continuum, Thom solicited the Orb man’s opinion; whom was the greater experience to have known – Christopher Columbus or Benjamin Franklin ? The EOB reminded Thom that he had not met Columbus in person. He had only pilfered the water supply of the Officers in charge of the Santa Maria. His mission, there, was to sedate the uneasiness of nature in Columbus and his subordinates so that they would not lose courage and return to their Spanish homeland. But, the better man in all manner would be Mr. Ben Franklin to whom even he of the 7500s owed a debt of gratitude. Columbus’ position in the history of mankind was merely one stubborn insistence that Gold and Fortune lie ahead in his command. The coincidence of his actions was what made the EOBs trip necessary. Conjointly, it was noteworthy to understand the reminisce that Columbus was preparing to abort his mission.
.
As Thom Descended into torpidity, he imagined his thanks for Columbus’ ordeal as a more suitable fashion. The true Thanksgiving was for whomever declared the decision for the EOB to travel back in time to correct Columbus’ flaw. A true thanksgiving, indeed. The first Thanksgiving to be sure. Thom’s mental state kept recalling that phrase. The first Thanksgivivng. The first Thanksgiving. And soon, Thom was incoherent in perceived thought.
The EOB had not, yet, redirected the time coarse of the Orb.
.
Yesteryear still lie ahead and Thom’s and the EOB homesw were, still, in the rear view. And not being any closer than they appeared.

… the better man in all manner would be Mr. Ben Franklin …
