Dead at age 49

Quentin Robert Stifel


Departed this Earth on March 4, 2009



Quentin R. Stifel of Key West, Florida died of kidney complications on
March 4, 2009 at the University of Miami Hospital in Florida.

Mr. Stifel owned and operated Paradise Transportation Company, a taxi and limousine business in Key West for the past 16 years. In addition, he, also, wrote articles about Key West for TripAdviser.com .. a travel website.
Before relocating to the Florida Keys in 1993, Quentin resided in Washington, D.C. where he was employed by H.A. Gill & Sons as a Real Estate Agent. His younger years were spent in Bethesda, Maryland.

Quentin Stifel graduated from Blue Ridge High School in St. George, Virginia and from James Madison University in 1985.

He is survived by his loving wife of 13 years, Karen Coburn Stifel .. and by his wonderful Mother, Chloe. Other survivors include: three Brothers; Richard P. Stifel, Jr. of Darnstown, MD, Christopher D. Stifel of Brookerville, MD, Peter A. Stifel of Bethesda, MD and a Sister, Dana Stifel Kiplinger also of Bethesda, MD.
